From the culturally rich cities of Buenos Aires and Santiago to the awe-inspiring landscapes of the Lake District in Patagonia, this trip takes you on a journey across two of the most beautiful countries in Latin America. Learn about the history of the region, sail across the blue waters of Patagonian lakes and gaze up at the glacier-capped summit of the Osorno volcano. Delve into the interesting history of Chiloé Island, spot sea lions and dolphins and discover why this little island has almost 300 varieties of potato! On top of all this, you’ll meet some of the friendliest people on earth, eat amazing local dishes and sip on the famous wines of Chile and Argentina.

This trip is the perfect introduction to the lesser-known Lake District, located in the Northern part of Patagonia that straddles Chile and Argentina. You will spend six nights in this beautiful region, crossing the border between Argentina to Chile with a very scenic boat journey. Either side of your stay in the Lake District, you will spend a few days in both capital cities, where you can experience their rich cultures.
