When booking a package trip with us, we have you covered in the following ways:
If, within 14 days of UK departure there is UK Government (FCDO) advice against travel to your destination, we will offer you these options to choose from:
a) Flexibility to change dates or destination(s).
b) Cancel and have a full refund.
c) Travel as originally planned.
When booking a package from the UK with us, you'll have full ATOL financial protection.
This applies to all package bookings as defined in our terms and conditions paragraph 31.
1. You are in safe hands, whatever happens
When you book a package with us, you’ll receive all the benefits of the package travel regulations. If worldwide events take over before your trip starts, we offer you the flexibility to rebook or get a full refund. If you’re already abroad, we’ll get you home safely.
2. You have the ultimate financial protection
Your money is safe. In the event of any financial failure (airline, supplier or even ourselves) all of our bookings from the UK are ATOL protected (ATOL 9828). You will receive an ATOL certificate when you book and we are also ABTOT bonded (ABTOT 5635).
3. You can buy travel insurance with COVID-19 cover*
Our recommended travel insurance will cover you against any cancellation or curtailment if you’re diagnosed with COVID-19 or you’re ordered to quarantine with someone who’s been diagnosed. Our consultants can talk you through the policies available.
4. You can reach us anytime
We guarantee to be here when you need us. You’ll always be able to reach a familiar and friendly voice on the phone, whether you're at home or abroad. Our emergency line is open 24/7 for travellers abroad. We won't leave you hanging.
