Depart the UK from your chosen airport.
On arrival in Singapore, you will be met at the airport and driven to your hotel in the city. Check into your room for two nights and head out to explore!
Spend a couple of days exploring this island city – strolling along the harbourfront to see the Merlion and the impressive views of the skyline, enjoying the lush Botanical Gardens and shopping in the designer boutiques of Orchard Road. Singapore is melting pot of culture and the best place to experience this is in its food – try dumplings from the hawker stalls of Chinatown, spicy curries in Little India or nutty satay in the Malay District. When the sun sets, head over to the Gardens by the Bay, where huge, illuminated sculptures are connected by raised pathways to walk through the treetop. Just make sure you get there after dark to see the lights in their full glory. Pop into Raffles for a Singapore Sling to celebrate the beginning of your incredible holiday.
This morning, you’ll be driven to the airport for your flight to Noumea in New Caledonia. You’ll arrive in the evening and be met and taken to your hotel in the city, checking in for two nights.
Today, you’ll set off on a full-day tour to Amedee Island, a tiny paradise where palm trees sway and colourful fish flit through the water. The sand here is sugar-white and the coral beneath the crystalline water is healthy and plentiful, thanks to the island’s status as a protected marine park.
During the trip, you can go stand up paddleboarding, snorkel with the local turtles and learn how to climb a coconut tree. You’ll also visit the Amedee Island Lighthouse. Built in France, it stood in Paris for two years before beginning its journey to Noumea, where it was finally erected in 1865. You can also send a postcard home from the island’s post office, officially the smallest in the world, and enjoy a delicious exotic lunch whilst watching the famous dance show.
On Amedee Island, you’ll have access to a “bio suncream” distributor, a 100% natural sunblock that doesn’t hurt the coral. Read our blog post for more about visiting coral reefs responsibly.
This morning you’ll pick up your hire car and drive north to explore the New Caledonian bush. The driving here is easy, with brilliant roads throughout the island. We’d recommend a stop at the Boulouparis niaouli distillery where you will see how local niaouli essence and perfumes are made.
Soon you’ll get to Great Fern Park, a beautiful area between the villages of Farino, Moindou and Sarramea. The park lush, green and full of ferns, many as tall as trees, with spectacular walking trails of different lengths and difficulties to enjoy. Almost 70% of the plant species here are endemic, as well as several species of birds, including the cagou and the Caledonian warbler. This park truly is the lungs of New Caledonia, with huge ‘arborescent ferns’, that look like huge trees creating a canopy above the smaller plants that carpet the ground.
By the end of the day you’ll arrive in Kone, checking into your hotel for one night.
After breakfast, you’ll drive to the airstrip, to enjoy a microlight flight over the New Caledonia Barrier Reef and the Heart of Voh. This stunning experience is sure to be a highlight of your trip – with incredible views over the lush green mangroves where the natural heart shape has grown, and then out over the reef. Look for hammerhead sharks and turtles in the turquoise water before soaring over the blue hole, a stunning area of the reef with a rich blue colour.
After this unique experience, you’ll head back to earth and drive south towards Poe Beach, right on the beach beside the reef you were just flying over. Check into your guesthouse right on the beach.
Relax on Poe Beach, where you can chill by the water or go on a snorkelling tour out on the reef. There is an underwater trail with well marketed pointers and a pontoon for resting and sunbathing. Look for coral, fish and rays in the perfect water. Make sure you stop in at La Roche Percée Beach, where you can begin the 3 Bay Trail – this will take you to the neighbouring coves of Turtle Bay and Lovers Bay, where you can admire the mighty palm trees and clear water.
This morning you can relax on the beach or in the pool, before driving back down towards Noumea, dropping your car off at the internal airport before catching the short flight to Isle of Pines. On arrival, you’ll be greeted and taken to your hotel. One of the beautiful islands in the world, Ile des Pins is home to Cook Pines, trees that resemble the masts of sailing ships, set against a clear turquoise lagoon.
On your first day in Ile des Pins, you’ll set off on a full-day boat excursion to spot dolphins and turtles in the water. In the morning, you’ll visit Ilot Brosse, a tiny island covered in the trademark pine trees of this region, where you can snorkel and swim in the perfect water. Next, you’ll head to another small island, Moro, for lunch. Here, you’ll enjoy grilled lobster, fresh coconut and crunchy papaya salad in the sunshine – delicious!
The rest of your time is free to breathe in the beauty of the island, walk hand in hand down the beach and toast cocktails at sunset. Don’t miss the spectacular landscape of Oro Bay, the famous natural swimming pool in New Caledonia. Oro Bay truly is paradise – swim, snorkel, relax and soak in the incredible turquoise and blue colours of Ile des Pins.
After breakfast, you’ll be taken back to the airport for your flight to Noumea, where you’ll spend your final day in New Caledonia. Why not enjoy a delicious seafood dinner by the harbour, the perfect end to your time on these paradise islands?
This morning, you’ll be taken back to the airport for your flight to Fiji. On arrival in Nadi, you’ll be taken by helicopter out to Tokoriki Island Resort, a luxurious 5* hotel where you can kick back, relax and really enjoy the famous Fijian hospitality.
This truly romantic resort is made so special by the warm Fijian hospitality and caring attention to detail from all of the staff. Modern meets traditional in the beautiful bures, with tropical outdoor showers and four poster beds that reveal beautiful views over the ocean. Share a bottle of champagne in your private pool, soak up the views and succumb to feeling totally relaxed.
Rise at dawn to watch the sun rise over the calm ocean, as fruit bats chatter overhead as they come home to roost. Spend an afternoon in the spa, indulging in the relaxing treatments offered in the tropical gardens and snorkelling in the peaceful waters, looking for colourful fish and coral beneath the waves.
Food is a big part of a stay at Tokoriki Island Resort – why not book in to enjoy a special meal at the Oishii Teppanyaki, where you’ll watch your food prepared in the intimate restaurant, surrounded by lily ponds and tropical plants. The staff at Tokoriki are wonderful, looking after your every need and greeting you as you wander through the lush grounds. Their warmth is such a highlight of a visit to this luxurious hotel.
After breakfast, you’ll hop on the helicopter back to the airport in time to catch your next flight to Tahiti. During this flight you will cross the international date line so you’ll land late on Day 16 of your trip. On arrival in Tahiti, you’ll be met and driven to your hotel, checking in for one night.
Today, you’ll be collected from your hotel and taken to the port for the 30 minute ferry to the neighbouring island of Moorea. Famous for its heart shape, Moorea is one of the most scenically striking islands in French Polynesia, popular for its laidback vibe and friendly locals. On arrival at the dock, you'll be met and driven to the north-west coast, where you’ll check in for the next three nights.
With three nights to enjoy lush Moorea, you’ll have plenty of time to kick off your shoes and relax. Alternatively, if you're feeling energetic, you can get out and discover this beautiful island. Moorea is a green wonderland waiting to be explored. Take hikes along steep cliffs, swim in the bright blue lagoon where colourful fish and rays dance through the water and stretch out on unspoilt beaches that will blow you away.
After breakfast, you’ll be taken to the airport for the short flight to Huahine. Here you’ll be met at the airport and driven to your hotel, checking in for three nights.
On your first day in Huahine, we’ve added a full-day tour around the lagoon. During the trip, you’ll learn how to crack open a coconut, how to make poisson cru (the national dish – raw fish with lime juice), and how to tie a sarong. You’ll snorkel alongside stingrays, blacktip reef sharks and clouds of silvery fish before eating freshly barbecued seafood with your feet dangling in the warm water. It’s a wonderful way to spend the day and get to see the best of the lagoon.
The second day is yours to enjoy the island, whether you want to go snorkelling again or relax on the beautiful beaches.
After breakfast, you’ll be taken to the airport for the very quick flight to Bora Bora. Here you’ll be met at the airport and taken by boat to your hotel, checking in for three nights.
You now have two full days to explore the world-famous island of Bora Bora. Spend your time discovering this volcanic island and its stunning turquoise lagoon. The clear water is perfect for snorkelling and provides excellent diving, as well as the opportunity to see manta rays and reef sharks in their natural environment.
During your stay, you can explore the lagoon by yacht, canoe or glass-bottomed boat. Alternatively, book a picnic lunch on a private motu (sand islet) or take a 4WD safari around the island. If you want to book any tours here, ask, and we can include them in your holiday. One of the most romantic places on earth, your time in Bora Bora will certainly be memorable!
You’ll be staying at the Le Bora Bora, in an overwater bungalow. This gorgeous resort is a peaceful and relaxing haven in the island paradise of Bora Bora, perfect for your final few nights in French Polynesia.
After breakfast, you’ll be taken by boat back to the airport for the short flight to Tahiti. Check into your hotel for one night and relax by the pool with sunset views out over Moorea.
This morning you’ll be driven to the airport for your flight to Rarotonga. On arrival, you’ll be taken to your hotel, checking in for four nights.
If you want to see what local life is like on the island, head to the main town of Avaru, where there is a market every Saturday. On Sunday mornings you'll find most of the Islanders will be in church, and you're always welcome to join them at their Sunday service for another glimpse of every day local life here.
Why not hire a small car, moped or even a bicycle to do some exploring? There are plenty of lovely beaches to explore - some better for swimming, others snorkelling. If you fancy a bit more action, you can go kite surfing, kayaking, stand-up paddleboarding, or open water diving.
Besides beaches, Rarotonga has a lush, forested interior that's ripe for exploring. Why not join local legend 'Pa' on one of his nature or cross-island walks? Pa is a local character famous in the Cook Islands for his beliefs in natural medicine. He runs guided walks through the forest where he'll stop to show you local plant remedies and show you the most spectacular view points. To cool off, he'll also take you to a waterfall for a quick swim!
There are several different ‘Island nights’ that take place on Rarotonga too and we recommend attending one whilst you're here. It's the best way to enjoy Polynesian culture through food, dance and music. If you would like to include one of these in your trip just let your consultant know.
After breakfast, you will be taken by shared transfer back to Rarotonga Airport for the short and scenic 45 minute flight to Aitutaki, where you’ll check into your hotel for three nights. We have included a cruise on the beautiful Aitutaki Lagoon. Float above the turquoise waters spotting turtles then head to some amazing snorkelling sites for an up-close experience in the water. A BBQ lunch is provided and you'll get to visit One Foot Island, a stunning uninhabited island popular with wedding couples looking for a romantic and private ceremony.
The rest of your time here is yours to relax and enjoy, so why not head back out onto the lagoon or arrange a picnic on the beach? Alternatively, relax in your peaceful hotel and enjoy a traditional Polynesian massage - the perfect way to unwind.
This morning you’ll head back to Rarotonga for your final night in the South Pacific. Spend your final day strolling along the beach in Raro and raising a glass to a fantastic month exploring these unique and varied islands.
After breakfast, you’ll be driven to the airport for the flight to Sydney. You’ll cross back over the date line, so despite the flight only being 6 hours, you’ll arrive the following afternoon.

We've included a illi-Langi The Rocks Aboriginal Dreaming tour. This 90 minute tour takes you for a leisurely walkabout with an Aboriginal guide in The Rocks in Sydney. It's the perfect way to explore this area and gives you the opportunity to discover how the ancient Aboriginal DreamTime is still alive within the modern Sydney landscape. You'll learn about the billion-year-old harbour, marine environment, sandstone strata, waterways, flora and fauna and how it shapes Aboriginal thought and behaviour.
