    Day 1: Depart UK

Depart UK from your chosen airport.

    Included: International flights

    Day 2: Arrive Perth

On arrival in Perth, you'll be met and driven to your hotel, checking in for two nights. Why not head straight out to explore the city, or hop on the boat down the river to Fremantle, an iconic suburb by the beach. Here you can explore the markets, eat in cool cafes and visit the Shipwreck Museum.

    Included: Transfers, 4* hotel

Day 3: Perth and the Swan Valley

Relax and soak in the views today as you head off up the river to the Swan Valley. Enjoy the Perth skyline as you cruise by, tucking into a delicious lunch on board with a glass on wine. When you arrive, you'll disembark and explore the region on a tour, including a wine tasting at Lancaster Winery, trying some chocolate at a local chocolatery and learning about the region from your guide. In the afternoon you'll cruise back to Perth enjoying tea and cakes on board before arriving back into the city.

Included: Swan Valley cruise, 4* hotel

    Day 4: Fly to Broome

This morning you'll be driven to the airport for your flight north to Broome. Tucked away on the north coast of Western Australia, Broome is known for it's wide sandy beaches and rich history, both from the extensive pearling industry and from the WWII history in this region. Spend the afternoon exploring the Indigenous art galleries and the lively markets, before tucking into some fresh seafood for dinner.

Included: Transfers, internal flights, 4* hotel

    Day 5: Broome

Broome is a lovely little place - it's pretty small so you can see the sights in a couple of hours downtown before retreating to the peaceful beauty of Cable Beach, a stunning stretch of sand. If you time it right you could also witness ‘Staircase to the Moon’, a phenomenon where the recently set sun illuminates the moon in a deep shade of orange, which reflects over the mudflats of Roebuck Bay to create rungs of a ladder up climbing up to it. If you miss this event, then don’t worry, you can still experience the sunset from a different perspective – you could ride across Cable Beach on a camel!

    Included: 4* hotel

Days 6 - 11: True North Cruise to Rowley's Shoals

Spend the next six days cruising through the Rowley Shoals with True North, on a luxurious and adventurous journey along the Kimberley coastline. Every day is different, with snorkelling and diving in the vibrant coral gardens, cruising through turquoise lagoons and looking for rare marine life on one of earth's most untouched reefs. Dine on delicious food each night, with evenings under the stars after days of swimming and fishing.

With only 36 guests, the emphasis is all on personalised service and impeccable guising, with knowledgeable experts who know exactly how to bring the underwater world to life. Days 16 & 17: Bamurru Plains

Built on stilts overlooking the Mary River floodpains at the edge of Kakadu National Park, Bamurra Plains is the ultimate place to experience Australia's wild Top End. Included: Breakfast, light aircraft transfers, international flights

    Day 19: Arrive UK

The Kimberley is located in a tropical monsoon climate, with a distinct wet season and dry season. The pleasant dry season (April – September) is characterised by clear blue skies, easterly winds and balmy days with some chilly nights. The chance of rain is very unlikely. The wet season however, is a different story. Between October and March, the Kimberley becomes hot and humid with violent and unpredictable weather.

This five night cruise runs in September and October, however, it can easily be switched with another - most Kimberley cruises run between May and October.
