Depart the UK from your chosen airport.
On arrival at Buenos Aires airport, you will be met and taken by private transfer to your hotel where you will check in for a 3-night stay.
You will be collected from your hotel after breakfast and taken on a privately-guided walking tour of the city to discover some of its many culinary delicacies from empanadas to dulce de leche, barbecue to puchero (soup).
With many European an indigenous culinary influences, the city’s cuisine is an intriguing blend of flavours. You’ll get to sample some of the most famous dishes and drinks and your English-speaking guide will introduce you to the history of the capital’s gastronomy.
Today you’ll have breakfast at the hotel followed by a private transport to a culinary school. Here you’ll learn about the typical dishes of Argentina and where you will taste and appreciate a wine mixology introduction.
Today you’ll be collected from your hotel in the morning and driven to the airport by private transfer to connect with your flight to Mendoza. Once you land, you will be met and driven to your hotel where you will check in for a 3-night stay.
In the late afternoon, you will be picked up and driven to Abrasado. This gourmet local restaurant specialises in dry-curing using a unique process to lock in flavours and create deliciously tender meats during the ageing. Your delicious dinner will be accompanied by fine wines from the neighbouring winery Bodega Los Tuneles.
Today is all about wine, so you’ll be guided by experts on a visit to several world-class wineries.
Exploring several wineries, you’ll be introduced to the different methods of winemaking and you'll learn how to taste and identify good wine. The Lujan de Cujo region of Mendoza is well-known for its Malbec production, and it’s a pretty region of s beautiful country houses, deep forests and lush vineyards. We’ve also included a gourmet lunch which will include pairings from the best wines of the region.
Today, we’ve included a culinary experience at one of the best-known wineries of the Valley de Uco region. Guided by a knowledgeable chef, you’ll learn different gastronomic techniques typical of Mendoza province and will cook a meal using local ingredients. You’ll also get advice on how to pair wine with the dishes you create, topped off with lunch and a visit to another local winery.
Today you’ll be collected from your hotel in the morning and taken to the airport by private transfer for your flight to Bariloche. Once you land, you will be met and driven to your hotel where you will check in for a 3-night stay.
After breakfast, you’ll be picked up for a private scenic tour of Bariloche and the Argentinian Lake District. This is an amazing sightseeing opportunity and you’ll discover nearby lakes and mountains and get breath-taking views of Lake Nahuel Huapi, Mount Tronador and Victoria Island. For the ultimate in aerial views – take the cable car up to Campanario Hill from where you gaze across the lake towards the snow-capped mountains in the distance – a postcard view! Back in Bariloche, head into town to discover the town’s many boutique chocolate shops!
At noon, you will be driven to Cerveceria Patagonia for a typical Patagonian asado (barbecue meal).
Today we’ve included a private sightseeing tour of the Nahuel Huapi. You can choose between a gentle hike, a mountain bike ride or even a kayak outing as your means of experiencing the surroundings of Bariloche. Whichever you chose, you’ll explore in the company of an expert guide who’ll help you learn about the local flora and fauna and tell you some of the history of Nahuel Huapi National Park.
For lunch, you can look forward to a splendid picnic tucked away in a secluded and hidden bay surrounded by wild nature – all accompanied by Argentinean Malbec. Bliss!
After breakfast, you’ll be collected from your hotel and driven to the airport by private transfer for your onward flight to Buenos Aires. Once you land, you will be met and driven to your hotel where you will check in for a final one-night stay in Buenos Aires and the last chance to explore the city.
