Peru is an all year destination. However, the Andes and mountainous regions’ weather is drier and sunnier between May and October. In the Amazon, the rainy season is between December and May when it’s easier to get around by boat. Between June and November, it is sunnier and better for wildlife spotting. The beach region in the northwest of the country enjoys plenty of sunshine all year round.
