On arrival in Taveuni, you will be met at the airport and be driven to your hotel, checking in for five nights.
Spend a few days enjoying the beautiful island of Taveuni. This authentic island is known as the garden of Fiji, with a unique and lush environment just waiting to be explored.
Taveuni is home to spectacular rainforests, perfect if you love hiking and exploring. We’ve included a day tour of the island, discovering the famous Bouma National Park where Tavoro Waterfalls can be found. Jump into the perfect water and swim in the natural pools – the perfect end to the end of a scenic hike.
If you want to explore further – there is so much to see. Go diving on the Rainbow Reef, one of the best examples of soft coral in the world. The colours are just mesmerising – a dive in Taveuni will truly be a unique and memorable experience. Beyond the diving, you could indulge in horse-riding, golf, meeting the friendly locals on a village tour and even visiting the international dateline. Jumping between two separate days is a unique photo opportunity!
After breakfast, you’ll be driven back to the airport for the short flight back to Nadi. On arrival, you’ll be met and taken to Port Denarau to catch the boat to Malolo Island, where you’ll check into Tropica Island Resort for five nights.
You’ve got four days to relax at the beautiful Tropica Island Resort in the Mamanuca Islands. This gorgeous resort is a wonderful place to chill after exploring the green island of Taveuni.
Swim in the bright blue pool, enjoy fresh seafood for dinner and walk along the beach at sunset. You’ll be in a Serenity Suite, with a private pool to cool off after some sunbathing. Why not head to the spa for a peaceful foot massage or head out for a snorkel off the jetty? Head off on a paddle board or kayak to discover the coast of the island, which is a mixture of white beaches and pretty coves. Your time here will fly by as you soak up the rich history and hospitality of Fiji.
After breakfast, you will catch the boat back to the main island, where you’ll be taken to the airport in time for your international flight home.
Fiji’s wet season is from November to April with the heaviest rains and highest humidity from December to mid-April. The Dry season goes from May to October with low rainfall, low humidity, milder temperatures and less extreme weather. Peak season in Fiji includes December, January and June, July coinciding with Australian and New Zealand school holidays – prices will peak during these times.
