Day 1: UK to Napa Valley

Depart the UK from your chosen airport. You'll be flying business class so sit back and enjoy your comfortable journey. On arrival in San Francisco you'll pick up your hire car - it's only an hour’s drive to Napa or you could head north and visit Point Reyes National Seashore, where you’ll find windswept beaches and beautiful views over the Pacific Ocean. Whatever time you arrive in Napa, you’ll check into your hotel for 3 nights and get ready for a few days of wine tasting!

Days 2 & 3: Napa Valley 

Spend your time here exploring the vineyards and learning about the viticulture in Napa Valley and neighbouring Sonoma, one of the most famous wine regions in the world. We’ve included a trip on the luxury Wine Train, a restored locomotive that snakes through the valley giving you spectacular views over the vines as you enjoy a gourmet meal. Napa Valley is also famous for its food – local chefs raid the farmers markets for the best produce, resulting in some of the finest restaurants in the USA; a restaurant in Napa called French Laundry has twice been voted best restaurant in the world.

Day 4: Fly to Fiji 

Today is your final day in California – take one final stroll round your favourite vineyard and pick up any last minute purchases before driving back to San Francisco Airport and dropping off your rental car in time to catch your overnight flight to Fiji.

Day 5: Arrive Fiji, helicopter to Tokoriki Island Resort

On arrival into Fiji you’ll be greeted with a traditional Fijian welcome and a flower lei before being taken by helicopter to the Mamanuca Islands. Your short helicopter journey offers an amazingly scenic flight over crystal clear lagoons, captivating coral and volcanic islands before landing at Tokoriki Island Resort, your home for the next five nights. Settle into your beachfront bure and kick back with a cocktail - you've arrived in paradise.

Days 6 - 9: Tokoriki Island Resort

Enjoy the relaxed luxury of Tokoriki Island Resort. This truly romantic resort is made so special by the warm Fijian hospitality and caring attention to detail from all of the staff. Modern meets traditional in the beautiful bures, with tropical outdoor showers and four poster beds that reveal beautiful views over the ocean. Share a bottle of champagne in your private pool, soaking up the views and succumb to feeling totally relaxed.

Rise at dawn to watch the sun rise over the calm ocean, as fruit bats chatter overhead as they come home to roost. Spend an afternoon in the spa, indulging in the relaxing treatments offered in the tropical gardens and snorkel in the peaceful waters, looking for colourful fish and coral beneath the waves.

Food is a big part of a stay at Tokoriki Island Resort – why not book in to enjoy a special meal at the Oishii Teppanyaki, where you’ll watch your food prepared in the intimate restaurant, surrounded by lily ponds and tropical foliage.

Day 10: Helicopter to Likuliku Lagoon Resort

After a relaxing morning, you'll be taken by short helicopter transfer over to Likuliku Island Resort. You’ll be welcomed by singing staff members and settle into your gorgeous over-water bungalow for the next five nights.

Days 11 - 14: Likuliku Lagoon Resort

Likuliku Lagoon Resort is a haven of luxury – for adults only, this wilderness island retreat is the only resort in Fiji with authentic over water-bures, in a natural ocean lagoon, surrounded by a protected marine sanctuary. Spend your time exploring the lagoon, lazing on your deck or luxuriate in your separate bathing pavilion views from your grand bathtub.
