Enjoy a unique cruise through the world’s largest wetlands – the Pantanal in Brazil. The luxurious Peralta Boat Hotel accommodates just 20 guests and comes fully equipped with an elegant restaurant, indoor lounge and open top deck for unrivalled views over the Paraguay River and the wetlands. During your stay, you can take part in several guided on and off-board excursions including fishing, kayaking tours, horseback riding, cooking classes and visits to indigenous tribes, to give you insight into this vast ecological habitat at the heart of Brazil.
We suggest combining the Peralta Boat Hotel with a stay in a lodge to fully experience all the Pantanal has to offer.

On arrival at Corumba airport, you will be met and taken to the port, approximately 30 minutes away, to board the Peralta Boat Hotel.
You’ll be able to check in to your cabin and have lunch; then in the afternoon, you will navigate a section of the Paraguay River. This evening, you’ll be served a welcome dinner with Caipirinha cocktail tasting and a range of regional Brazilian dishes.
Enjoy breakfast on board, then head to a coffee farm - Fazenda Sao Joao - for lunch. The historic Fazenda has been run by the same family for many generations. You’ll spend the day taking part in several activities including a photographic safari in an open-air vehicle and horseback riding if you choose.
Back on Peralta, you will be served the Captain’s Dinner in the evening.
After breakfast, you’ll be offered a guided kayaking excursion on the Paraguay River to explore these wetlands in greater depth, before joining a cooking class back on board.
Lunch will be a Brazilian cuisine tasting session, with this afternoon free for you to spend at leisure or take part in pottery and yoga classes. In the evening, there will be a delicious, traditional Pantaneiro barbecue dinner.
Keep your finger out of the water as you go freshwater Piranha fishing today! After lunch, you can choose to pay a visit to a local indigenous tribe, or stay and relax on the deck and soak in the sun. In the evening, dinner will be a typical indigenous experience reflecting the flavours and cuisine of the tribes.
Enjoy breakfast and the free morning. After lunch, you will be taken to the port where you will disembark and connect with your onward travel plans.
We suggest visiting the Pantanal during the dry season that runs from April to October.
