Singapore has a tropical and humid climate all year round, the busiest (and hottest) time to visit is in the school holidays which fall in June and July so it is best to avoid visiting during this period if possible. Dry season in Bali runs from April – September, although occasional rainfall can still be expected, and the resorts are busiest during this time.  During rainy season Bali becomes quieter although the sun still shines and temperatures remain relatively stable year-round meaning Bali can be a great destination at any time of year.
