Itinerary in brief:

Day 1: Arrive Mexico City 

On arrival in Mexico City, you'll be met at the airport and driven to your hotel in the city, checking in for three nights.

Days 2 & 3: Mexico City 

Spend your time in Mexico City soaking up the energy of one of Latin America's most vibrant capital cities. Wander through the historic centre, where grand colonial architecture sits alongside bustling plazas and colourful markets. It's also nice to head to neighbourhoods like Roma and Condesa for leafy streets, independent boutiques, art galleries and some of the city's best cafés and restaurants. Take a stroll through the National Museum of Anthropology, explore the canals of Xochimilco or visit Frida Kahlo's famous Blue House in Coyoacán. 

To help you experience the city through its food, we've included a foodie walking tour. Heading out with your guide, you'll sample a variety of authentic Mexican dishes, from spicy tacos al pastor and freshly made tamales to crispy chicharrón and traditional sweets. Explore hidden eateries and local markets, learning about the history and cultural influences behind some of Mexico's most iconic dishes while experiencing everyday life in the capital.

Day 4: Depart Mexico City

After breakfast, you'll be driven back to the airport in time for your onwards flight.
